Selection of Tenant
After the thorough background check RMA notifies the tenant and has them sign the lease. The renter is also handed a copy of the HOA rules and regulations of the community. At this point RMA collects the tenant’s security deposit and it is then moved into an escrow account that adheres to South Carolina security deposit laws.
Marketing
Marketing is an important aspect of any business, including real estate. At RMA, we post vacancies on our website and popular local listing sites to reach the widest possible audience. These postings include images of the home and descriptions. When a prospective tenant inquires about a property we receive notification and quickly reach out to set a time for them to view the property. The prospective tenant may be viewing other properties, which is why we reach out as quickly as possible. Our goal is to keep your property occupied and growing your ROI.
